Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounts and financial operations. The candidate should be organized, responsible and able to maintain accurate financial records. This role will closely support management with reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers and trial balances
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare client invoices and follow up for payments
• Manage vendor payments and maintain vendor reconciliation
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and account statements
• Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts
• Generate financial reports such as profit & loss statement and balance sheet
• Coordinate with auditors during audit and assessments
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal controls

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree
• 3 to 4 years of accounting experience (service industry experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Gujarati)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Female candidates preferred
