Role Overview

We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Executive who can independently manage the complete accounting function of the company across all branches. The ideal candidate must be strong in accounting fundamentals, vendor coordination, branch-wise reconciliation, and audit preparation. High proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory.

This role requires a disciplined, organized, and proactive individual who can ensure smooth financial operations across all our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly expense analysis reports, including detailed month-wise breakups and expense tracking.
  • Provide advisory on cost control and identify opportunities for future savings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and accounting entries.
  • Handle return filing for GST, TDS, and PF as per regulatory requirements.
  • Manage GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 filings accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors to collect invoices, bills, and other accounting-related documents.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting operations.
  • Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in preparing monthly expense reports and financial analysis.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
  • Significant experience in return filing (please specify years).
  • Hands-on experience in handling GST, PF, and TDS (please specify years).
  • Extensive experience in GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 filing (please specify years).
  • Strong coordination skills to interact with multiple vendors and collect necessary documentation.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounting activities simultaneously.

  • Experience working in Events, Advertising, or Media industries.
  • Knowledge of cost control strategies and financial advisory.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS filings, and statutory documentation

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (45 min Lunch break)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
