Monitor and control production expenses and factory overheads. Prepare Stock statement Monitor expenses and ensure cost control measures. Prepare MIS reports on production cost, inventory, profitability, and variances.Oversee daily office administration and facility management. Liaise with management on financial and administrative matters. Financial analysis and reporting Compliance management Office administration Vendor and stakeholder coordination Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Factory Act, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (M.Com2–3 years of experience in accounting and administration roles.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation,and statutory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and MS Excel.
