The Factory Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and promoting a culture of productivity and safety. Shift: 9 Hours Weekly Rotational Shift Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate daily activities of factory workers to optimize productivity and efficiency. Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and meet production targets. Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Assign tasks and schedule work assignments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs. Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety among all employees. Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
