Job role- Operations Executive for Rental Cab Business

• System Development and Implementation:
• Overseeing the design and development of GPS tracking systems.
• Ensuring the effective implementation of GPS tracking solutions for various applications such as fleet management, asset tracking, and personal tracking.
• Technology Integration:
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in GPS technology.
• Integrating new features and technologies to enhance the functionality of GPS tracking systems.
• Product Management:
• Managing the entire lifecycle of GPS tracking products, from conception to end-of-life.
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of GPS tracking data.
• Addressing any issues or glitches in the system promptly.
• Customer Relations:
• Interacting with customers to understand their requirements and providing solutions.
• Handling customer feedback and addressing concerns to improve overall satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensuring that GPS tracking systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Providing guidance and support to the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote GPS tracking solutions.
• Data Security:
• Implementing security measures to protect sensitive GPS tracking data.
• Addressing privacy concerns and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Continuously evaluating and improving GPS tracking systems based on feedback and technological advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
