Position: Operations Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Operations Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure smooth partner management, streamline payments, monitor live services, and generate actionable insights through analytics. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of operations and data, with a strong focus on execution, accuracy, and business impact
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and reconcile partner payments, ensuring timely settlements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Monitor live services from multiple business partners, track performance, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain operator and team performance reports, providing insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with multiple business partners and internal teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage all data and reporting activities, including managing dashboards and reports to deliver real-time visibility for leadership.
- Identify trends and gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the operations function.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analytics, or data reporting (experience in the marketplace/e-commerce/travel industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of partner/vendor management and payment reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheet, Docs, and Presentation.
- Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship management.
- Ability to manage large datasets and convert them into actionable insights.
- Comfort with multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
