Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a Documentation Executive with prior experience in the Shipping and Logistics industry, particularly in handling documentation-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and share import shipment checklists (Sea Import) with consignees for review and approval. Coordinate with the customs clearance team to monitor delivery status and provide road follow-ups. Manage the dispatch of original documents to consignees along with relevant reports. Generate and maintain various MIS reports for internal tracking and reporting purposes. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in documentation within the shipping/logistics sector. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively via email. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
