Our Engagement Operations team is looking for a proactive Operations Specialist to help streamline vendor partnerships, enhance visibility, and support project coordination across our global network.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless project setup and execution
• Track vendor performance and ensure alignment with ongoing and upcoming projects
• Maintain and analyze engagement data — build dashboards, reports, and insights
• Improve communication flows, resolve blockers, and drive operational readiness
• Standardize processes, templates, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in vendor coordination, project operations, or stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Slack, or similar workflow platforms
• A mindset for process improvement and data-driven decision-making
