Operational Specialist

Job Title: Key Operational Executive 

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid (US Shift)

Job Summary: 

The Operational Executive will oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and seamless workflow across departments. This role involves managing processes, tracking performance metrics, supporting management in decision-making, and ensuring timely execution of operational strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth task execution.

* Assist in planning, developing, and implementing operational strategies and process improvements.

* Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure deadlines are met.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, HR, Finance) to streamline operations.

* Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports.

* Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend effective process improvements.

* Support management with resource allocation, scheduling, and internal communication.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.

* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or project management tools (e.g., Zoho, Excel & Social Media Platforms).

* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
