Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks including managing Hotel operations, Assisting offline requests, coordinating with channel partners, assisting with after sales-related activities. Effective communication will also be a crucial part of the role, with regular interaction with different stakeholders and team members.
