Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day coordination between our clients and on-ground teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, drive operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and field staff.
• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Monitor and analyse on-ground efficiency, identifying gaps and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, product, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards for tracking performance metrics.
• Support in process optimisation and suggest operational strategies for better team performance.
• Handle client escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication.
• Assist in onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking of on-ground teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, client coordination, or project management (preferably in a fast-paced or consumer brand environment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — client-facing experience is a must.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM or project management tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to execution.

Compensation:

3-4.5LPA, based on experience and skill set.
