Onboarding Manager

About the Role

As a Manager Onboarding, your role is pivotal in driving the success of our customer acquisition and engagement processes. You will lead a team of sales and onboarding specialists, guiding and motivating them to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth customer transitions onto our platform. Your responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end onboarding experience, optimising sales strategies, training new team members, and collaborating with cross functional departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

What Youll be Doing

• Deliver best in class , in-person support to our drivers the customer acquisition and

onboarding stages of their lifecycle

• Walk drivers through onboarding process and all of the tools to be successful
• Register new drivers, and review accurate drivers information while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits to drivers.
• Ensure all onboarded drivers are transferred to the Fleet account.
• Resolve driver related issues before onboarding them to the platform
• Work with the City Fleet Manager in building harmonious relations between drivers.
• Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
• Manage driver agency relationships to ensure they meet company KPIs.
• Select best in class partners to work with for technical testing and training as required and for driver acquisition.
• Manage the driver funnel keeping churn to a minimum and conversion high.
