Role Overview

As an Onboarding Manager at JadeCaps, you will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio and ensuring smooth integration of new properties into our ecosystem. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with property owners, and overseeing the onboarding process from start to finish. This includes property visits, owner interactions, and ensuring that every property meets JadeCaps’ brand and quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and pursue potential property leads through multiple channels (brokers, online portals, referrals, ads, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective owners for onboarding.
  • Property Onboarding

  • Present JadeCaps’ value proposition to property owners and secure onboarding agreements.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process including documentation, brand setup, and listings across platforms.
  • Owner Relationship Management

  • Conduct meetings with property owners to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the point of contact for owners during the onboarding stage and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Property Visits & Quality Checks

  • Visit properties regularly to assess readiness and identify operational issues.
  • Ensure that properties meet JadeCaps’ brand, safety, and guest experience standards.
  • Liaise with the operations team to resolve any property-level concerns.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or property operations (hospitality/real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for property visits and owner meetings.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality standards.
