Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Bengaluru. The Reservations Executive will handle day-to-day reservations tasks, including managing bookings, communicating with guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves addressing inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additionally, the Reservations Executive will assist with sales efforts and maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
