Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Hyderabad at JadeCaps. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties, handle tenant relations, manage property maintenance and repairs, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with leasing regulations. Qualifications Property Management, Real Estate, or related field experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of leasing regulations and property maintenance Budget management and financial acumen Organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with proptech platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
