Property Manager
You won't just manage processesyou'll ensure residents feel supported and comfortable every day.
Your work directly impacts:

What You'll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day Impact)
- Manage daily operations of the property and ensure SOP compliance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service
- Act as the main point of contact between residents, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle and resolve resident concerns proactively
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Track operational data, prepare reports, and support audits
- Execute initiatives to improve efficiency and resident experience
- Actively participate in community engagement activities
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements in processes

3+ years of experience
in operations (hostel, facilities, or hospitality preferred)- Strong on-ground leadership and coordination skills
- Good communication skills in
English and Kannada/Tulu
- Comfortable working with reports, audits, and SOPs
- Hands-on, proactive attitude
