We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of a Property Manager based in Mengaluru for our properties located at Mangalore, Bangalore, and Karwar. What You'll Do (including, but not limited to):Manage the resources and assets of these properties, including staff, buildings, and other assets. Attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the vacation and hospitality experience of our guests. Analyze, prepare and manage the operational budget of the properties. Maximize the profitability of the properties and be the face of the company to our customers and guests
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from a 3-year, accredited university or college. A combination of education and commensurate experience may be considered. 2 plus years of experience in a marketing position and some experience in running a guesthouses or adventure camp-sites. Should have skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web based applications including email, and social media marketing.
