Job responsibilities include: Coordinating with architects and consultants and government departments in permits and approval drawings before and during construction. Familiar with modern methods of surveying including total station surveys. Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools like MS Project and/or MS Excel etc. Scheduling of projects (Right from the start till handing over). Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements (BOQ). Reviewing and analyzing, contracts, budgets, and other documents. Interacting and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Safety and Quality control reports, and Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports. Reviewing, verifying, and certification of invoices from contractors. Qualifications and Experience: At a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering field. 1-2 years of experience in the construction field.
