As a Client Acquisition Executive, youll be the first touchpoint for property owners looking to list their homes with us. You will drive lead qualification, build trust with homeowners, and support them through onboardinghelping us grow our inventory of premium rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion:

  Call inbound leads from platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Facebook ads to understand property details and owner intent.

• Pitch Management Solutions:

  Clearly communicate JadeCaps offerings across full management, co-hosting, and PMS models.

• Site Visits Coordination:

  Schedule property visits; gather key information for pricing and listing.

• Broker Relationships:

  Engage with local brokers and referral agents to bring high-quality leads.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with pricing, onboarding, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead to live listing.
