Client Acquisition Executive

About the Role:

The Client Acquisition Executive will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, pitching company services, and converting leads into active customers. This role requires strong on-ground sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Experience in E-commerce sales, subscription selling, or B2B field sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new clients.
• Pitch and sell E-commerce marketplace services/subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Give product/service presentations during client meetings.
• Generate new business opportunities across assigned areas.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, calls, and conversions.
• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
• Gather market insights and monitor competitor offerings.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Prepare sales reports and keep CRM/sales tracker updated.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven field sales experience (mandatory).
• Experience in E-commerce, B2B sales, or subscription-based selling is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily client meetings.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
