Pitch Management Solutions: Clearly communicate JadeCaps offerings across full management, co-hosting, and PMS models. Site Visits Coordination: Schedule property visits; gather key information for pricing and listing. Broker Relationships: Engage with local brokers and referral agents to bring high-quality leads.
