We are seeking sales professionals who possess the following key requirements: - Experience in managing broker relationships - Proficiency in handling large accounts including acquisition and management - Product knowledge in Employee benefits such as GHI/GPA/OPD/Fixed Benefit products - Results-driven mindset As a part of this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Partner relationship management - Developing and executing sales strategies - Conducting negotiations and finalizing deals - Ensuring compliance and preparing reports - Collaborating and providing support to other teams (Underwriting/claims/customer servicing) - Managing data and generating reports This position is based in Bangalore.
