Cluster Manager - Institutional Business

The position involves establishing broker relationships and consistently generating business in alignment with the budgeted product mix. You will be responsible for generating Commercial Lines Business from Brokers & Direct Clients, managing broker relations, handling direct clients, and maintaining quote sheets while updating conversion details. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing underwriting & servicing issues and addressing queries raised by Brokers/Corporate clients. You will be expected to conduct portfolio reviews, perform analysis, and present findings to clients, recommending covers for optimum risk management.
