Onboarding Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager to lead and manage the onboarding process for candidates placed in staffing (IT & Healthcare). The Onboarding Manager will ensure a smooth transition for candidates, maintain compliance, and enhance candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired candidates.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks, background verifications, and compliance requirements are completed.
• Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and clients to manage onboarding timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all candidates.
• Act as a single point of contact for candidates during onboarding, addressing queries and concerns.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes for efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding within staffing (IT/Healthcare preferred).
• Strong knowledge of compliance, credentialing, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate onboardings simultaneously.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
