Onboarding Manager

Role Overview: As the Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of treasury and trade solutions to CCB (Citi Commercial Bank) customers. You will manage multiple account onboarding and cash and trade implementations, ensuring highest level of quality and professionalism throughout the implementation life cycle. Your role will involve establishing working plans, tracking project issues and risks, providing regular implementation status updates, and engaging with internal and client project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate delivery of treasury and trade solutions to CCB customers, ensuring end-to-end project execution - Manage multiple account onboarding & cash and trade implementations, ranging in complexity - Establish working plan including Scope of Work, Project Plan, and communication plan - Track project issues and risks, ensuring timely functional partner engagement - Implement client objectives within standard guidelines and timeframes - Provide regular implementation status updates to internal and client project stakeholders - Work closely with Regional Implementation Managers to provide status updates and flag issues/risks - Engage Technical Integration Manager for client's Asia file feed requests - Continuously drive process enhancements to reduce implementation cycle time - Ensure 100% effective MCA results and address all audit requests and protocols - Strictly observe Information Security standards in all communications Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience - Results orientation with evidence of proactively driving projects to conclusion - Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills - Negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage high workload within a pressurized environment - Flexibility to manage varying workload and complex integration solutions - Excellent work ethic with attention to detail and experience in a controlled environment - Working knowledge of ERP, Communications protocols, Encryption methodology & account opening regulations is an added advantage Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications required for the Onboarding Manager role at Citi.,
