As part of your role, some of the key responsibilities include understanding PA guidelines and RBI Master Direction of KYC, driving key initiatives, process improvements, and resolving challenges in the Merchant onboarding process. You will also be responsible for monitoring day-to-day operational tasks and metrics, collaborating with cross-functional leads and internal stakeholders, developing critical operational processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Effective team building and ensuring high operational metrics are also vital aspects of the role. To be eligible for this role, you should have experience in handling cross-functional or Merchant queries and regulatory inquiries, possess expert Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrate the ability to switch tasks while staying organized. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in a people management role, excellent communication skills, and the capability to make presentations to large and small groups are required.
