Onboarding Manager

As an Onboarding Manager at Spyne, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transition of new customers from sales to product adoption. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, developing onboarding playbooks, and building strong relationships with clients to set them up for long-term success with Spyne. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment of expectations, while also monitoring progress, identifying challenges, and proactively resolving issues to keep clients on track. With 3-5 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or client services roles (preferably in SaaS or tech-driven environments), you will leverage your proven track record of managing multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously with a high level of customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a client-first mindset are essential for success in this role. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and support platforms like Freshdesk will be beneficial, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle complex customer situations with professionalism.
