Job Description: Offline Channel Recruitment Head (Driver Recruitment) Location: Mumbai Job Purpose: The Offline Channel Recruitment Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for drivers through offline channels. This includes developing strategies, executing recruitment campaigns, and leading a team to identify, source, and hire drivers from various offline sources. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to source potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers for ongoing and future recruitment needs. Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and selection to final offer and onboarding. Develop and maintain effective evaluation criteria for driver selection to ensure quality hires. Monitor and track recruitment metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize sourcing strategies. Driver Retention Initiatives: Work closely with the operations teams to develop retention strategies that help retain drivers in the long term. Implement and track engagement and onboarding programs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and reduce turnover. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or training in recruitment and talent management are a plus. Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on driver or blue-collar worker hiring. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing offline recruitment teams. Strong understanding of offline recruitment channels such as job fairs, community outreach, and local partnerships. We are seeking an experienced and analytical Driver Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of our driver community. You will be responsible for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies, ensuring our driver supply meets demand and delivers an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing strategies for growing and managing the driver category, including acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance optimization. You will develop sourcing campaigns (online and offline) to attract qualified drivers based on geographic and service needs. Additionally, you will design and implement scalable onboarding processes, ensuring drivers meet quality, compliance, and service standards. Monitoring and improving driver KPIs such as acceptance rate, reliability, customer satisfaction, and retention will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for building programs to foster loyalty, reduce churn, and maintain active supply through rewards, incentives, and community-building efforts. Data-driven decision making will be essential as you use insights to track category performance and identify areas for improvement or innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support will be vital to improve driver experience and service quality. You will need to ensure that drivers adhere to legal, safety, and operational standards set by the platform and local regulations.,

Supporting HRBP. Accuracy and maintenance of Driver records in HRIS. Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Support in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, etc. Coordinate Drivers approvals and ensure that documented records are properly updated. Support in ensuring employees understand and correctly utilize benefits available to them. Help prepare and update compliance activities and other documentation as required. Help in organizing employee engagement activities, including events, celebrations, or team-building exercises. Handle daily administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing HR office supplies. Support the HR team in organizing internal HR events, trainings, and workshops. Managing office facilities, vendor management and provide administrative support to the HR team across various ongoing projects. Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries.
