The Position

This role is responsible for managing all India office operations, as well as end-to-end supply chain and logistics for our products in India. The person will oversee office administration, vendor management, procurement, inventory control, packaging, and customer shipments.

What You Will be Doing

Office Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, facility upkeep, and office supplies.
  • Manage vendor contracts (utilities, internet, security, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Coordinate office events, audits, seating, and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with local office regulations and safety requirements.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all office-related needs.

Supply Chain & Procurement

  • Manage procurement of hardware and materials from approved suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, review quotations, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Plan purchases based on forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Manage documentation for imports, customs, taxation, and compliance.
  • Inventory, Packaging & Warehouse Management
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and track inventory.
  • Plan and manage replenishments.
  • Oversee packaging and ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain warehouse/storage areas.

Logistics & Customer Shipping

  • Prepare and dispatch shipments to customers across India.
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
  • Prepare shipment documentation (invoices, waybills, e-way bills).
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain shipping logs and weekly dashboards.

What We Need from You

  • 4 - 8 years experience in

    office admin

    ,

    supply chain, procurement

    , or

    operations

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    logistics and inventory systems

    .
  • Experience with courier coordination and dispatch.
  • Knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

    .
  • Proficiency in Excel and

    Google Workspace

    .

It Would be Nice if You Had

  • Experience with hardware/electronics shipments.
  • Knowledge of import/customs processes.
  • Experience with startups or small teams.
