This includes managing facilities, office security, supplies and working with vendors. The role holder will be the go-to-person for all things related to office and engagement initiatives there.What you will be doingBe the Heartbeat of Our India Hub:You'll be thefirst friendly faceand themain point of contactfor everyone, ensuring our office is a vibrant, welcoming, and productive environment where our culture thrivesWield the Power of Office Operations:Take the lead on theday-to-day runningof the office, from managingkey vendorsand securing our space to ensuring our facilities are always professional, tidy, and perfectly stockedOwn the Guest & Visitor Journey:You'll ensure every visitor, new hire, and external partner has aseamless and exceptional experiencefrom the moment they walk in the door to when they are settled in a booked meeting roomThe Go-To for Safety, Security, and Style:You'll be responsible for keeping ussafe and compliantwith all local regulations while managing access, security, and the generalvisual excellenceof our spaceCulture & Collaboration Champion:Join forces with other Office Managers, thePeople & Culture team, and internal stakeholders to support global consistency, new hire onboarding, and the occasionalexciting team eventor special project!What we are looking forFront-of-House Expertise:Proven,demonstrable experiencein a front-of-house, reception, or similaroffice operationsrole, acting as the welcoming and professional face of a businessOperational & Vendor Management:Practical experience indealing directly with external vendorsand suppliers, alongside strong computer and email proficiency to manage day-to-day administration efficientlyCustomer-Centric & Independent:A genuinepeople-first attitudesupported by a strongcustomer service mindset, with the ability to work effectively,independently, and with minimal supervisionCompliance & Local Knowledge:Familiarity withIndia-specific office practicesand a working knowledge of relevanthealth and safety requirementsto ensure a safe and compliant workplaceCollaborative & Proactive:Experience operating in afast-paced, dynamic business environment, eager to collaborate with teams and proactively share and developbest practices
