The Role The Senior IT Support Technician will need a broad technical skillset, excellent communication skills and ability to work and collaborate with the wider IT Team, who are based in the US, Canada, UK, Vietnam and India. Responsibilities: Provide first and second level technical support to office-based users in Mumbai and remote users in the US, to ensure timely resolution of end-user issues. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software. Onboarding of New Hires. The Role We are hiring a Team Supervisor to join our global Accounting and Finance team. This individual would become an integral part of achieving the departments goals, such as making recommendations for improvements and streamlining processes to achieve a more efficient monthly financial close. Responsibilities: You ll be wearing lots of different hats, making the role extremely varied: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of finance professionals. Accounts Payable: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders. Oversee the weekly and monthly reviews of vendor record set up, vendor terms, and invoice status and other related audits. Accounts Receivable: Supervise collections to maintain a healthy cash flow and minimize overdue accounts. Billing: Ensure timely and accurate invoice generation as per customer agreements. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address discrepancies in invoicing. Maintain compliance with local regulatory requirements for invoicing and documentation. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to applicable financial laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics such as cash flow, payment cycles, and collections. Assist with payroll processing and act as liaison with payroll administrator. Assist in audits and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and automation to improve efficiency. Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement financial software or tools. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in finance operations. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field. Preferably minimum 4 years of related experience in the professional services industry. Fluent in English (speaking and writing). 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Billing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, Deltek, Tally, Oracle) and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics, Deltek Vision and Blackline experience preferred and MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems is required. The Role The BIM Modeler will perform the functions of creating project deliverable drawings and models using the current versions of available software. Work includes 3D parametric modeling, representation and annotation of 3D information in 2D drawings, and 2D detailing for complex projects. The candidate should be able to work in a self-directed manner in all aspects of the building design and document production process. Responsibilities: Create 3D BIM models to a high level of accuracy. Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities. Clearly annotate, dimension and detail production drawings in conformance to Thornton Tomasetti standards and practices. Setup and manage large sheets sets including revisions and markups for each project. Plot drawings to pdf, dwg, or to paper plots. Assist and direct BIM workflow. Set up and geo-locate multiple models for a single project. Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use. Use advanced tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment. Interface with engineers, our clients, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings. Experience and understanding of REVIT Structure, AutoCAD Architecture, and their supporting technologies. Experience and understanding of interfacing with REVIT Architecture and MEP is preferred. Excellent understanding of 3D parametric modeling to maximize the benefits of an integrated building model. Thorough understanding of building components for modeling structural components intelligently and efficiently to ensure the integrity of the structural model. Working knowledge of drawing production, standard construction techniques and principals. Excellent skills in relation to rendering and graphic formats and their manipulation and output. Experience in Rhino, Grasshopper, TEKLA, and data exchanges between BIM platforms is preferred.
