As an ideal candidate, you should hold a B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent degree from a reputable university. You should possess 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in analog/custom layout design within advanced CMOS process technology. - Expertise in tools such as Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS is essential. - Hands-on experience in designing critical analog layout blocks including Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier, etc. - Sound knowledge of Analog Layout fundamentals, such as Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, cross-talk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices, etc. - Understanding the impact of layout on circuit parameters such as speed, capacitance, power, and area. - Ability to work within design constraints and deliver high-quality layouts. - Strong problem-solving skills in physical layout verification. - Experience in supporting multiple tape outs would be advantageous. - Proficiency in scripting and automation tools is a plus, though not mandatory. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective collaboration.
