The Designer will be responsible for creating and developing interior design concepts, selecting appropriate materials and furniture, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. The Designer will also collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, and produce detailed drawings and plans. Additionally, the Designer will stay updated on industry trends and ensure designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Qualifications Interior Design, Space Planning, and Material Selection skills Experience in Client Consultation and understanding customer needs Ability to produce Detailed Drawings and Plans Familiarity with Collaboration with Suppliers and Contractors Strong Aesthetic Sense and attention to detail Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Previous experience in residential interior design is a plus

The Assistant Design Manager will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of interior projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, assisting in the creation of design concepts and plans, coordinating with the supply chain for furniture and materials, overseeing the installation process, and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Qualifications Experience in interior design and space planning Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Knowledge of the latest trends and materials in home interiors Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
