Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role located in Nagpur. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, organize office procedures, and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment. The role involves coordinating with different teams, supporting customer service efforts, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client interactions effectively
• Proven Office Administration and Administrative Assistance capabilities to handle daily office activities and processes
• Experience in managing and maintaining Office Equipment and ensuring the office operates efficiently
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software and tools, such as MS Office
• Ability to lead and coordinate with teams effectively
• Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is preferred
