We are seeking a talented and passionate .Net Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web application development, with expertise in backend technologies to build scalable, robust, and efficient systems. This role requires end-to-end development capabilities, including frontend UI/UX, backend services, database management, and deployment. Roles And Responsibilities Application Developer with hands-on solutions experience, functional/technical design Problems solving based on business need, will work with multiple teams including application development, infrastructure and test teams to develop software solutions to business problems Responsible for requirements analysis, process flows, design documents and coordination with development teams to implement solutions Provide end-to-end support from project requirement identification till project completion Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Designing, coding, debugging and deploying applications Create and test software prototypes Develop client displays and user interfaces Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties. Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on-budget. Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Monitor database usage to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. Maintain documentation of data models, policies, and data lineage. Job Requirements Technical know-how and experience in IT Apps solutioning such as (but not limited to):- Should have working experience as a Full Stack Developer on Microsoft .NetCore platform and MS SQL Database. Hands on experience in SQL Database and writing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and database views. In-Depth knowledge of HTML, Web Services & Web API, RPC, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular and Bootstrap. Experience in all phases of SDLC/End to end implementations and ensure data integrity and security across all systems. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily standups. Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to local and remote end-users (User training) Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of applications. Good to Have - Mobile Apps framework to provide custom solution as per business need with Cross-Platform App Development. Should take good ownership of assigned Tasks and Adhere to Project Delivery Timelines.
