Associate Graphic Designer

Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic content and video edits for E-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns. Creation of assets of internal requirements (Emailers/ posters/ Whatsapp forwards) Create and maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and design elements for easy access and reusability. Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing collaterals. Utilize a diverse skill set including proficiency in tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, XD, Corel, Canva, etc. Demonstrate proficiency in animation, 3D motion graphics, and HTML, with a preference for candidates with experience in these areas. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Possess a strong sense of ownership over projects from conception to completion. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality. Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a Digital Agency, E-commerce, or design-driven environment. Certification or completion of a recognized graphic design course or program. Proficiency in design software including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, XD, Corel, Canva, etc. Knowledge of animation, 3D motion graphics, and HTML is preferred. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting creativity and technical skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
