Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the field & inside sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work as a Key Account Manager to develop and handle Large Key accounts
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team on products, applications and sales strategy
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and business growth.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
- Identify training needs and mentor team members for improved productivity.
- Resolve client and team issues effectively with a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management for planning, reporting, and strategic decisions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales of additives/various kind of plastic Films used in Plastic Packaging Industry
- Proven experience in team leadership and sales target achievement.
- Strong technical understanding of "PVC Pipe additives and Cable Additives."
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- From industrial sales, plastic additive additives, polymers, or specialty chemicals.
- Hands-on experience in managing team
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring smooth team operations.
