Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) Industry: Lithium-Ion Battery Manufacturing Location: Panchkula Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics (Preferred) Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1–3 years of experience in Electrical or Electronics industries to support our growing lithium-ion battery business. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a passion for sales, client communication, and market development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in EV, solar, and electronics sectors Promote lithium-ion battery products to OEMs, dealers, and B2B clients Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations , and sales closures Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Visit clients and sites for product presentations and technical discussions Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or business development (preferably in electrical/electronics Industry). Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries , energy storage, or related technologies. PAN India travel for client visits and business meetings, as and when required. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
