National Sales Head

We are looking for talented and experienced National Sales Head, focusing on Lithium Battery Sales for Electric Vehicles (EV) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and lead a sales team of 5–10 members across multiple regions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national revenue targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with senior management to forecast and report sales performance.
• Must be willing and able to travel to customer locations and branch offices as required.

Qualifications:

• Education : B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) + MBA (Marketing/Business Administration)
• Experience : 3–8 years in Electronics/Electrical or related industry at a Sales Head profile
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
