The role involves leading and managing nationwide sales efforts, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, overseeing team performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The National Sales Head will work collaboratively to achieve sales targets, optimize channel operations, and align with the company’s vision for sustainable and clean energy solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development Strong Team Management skills with the ability to build and lead successful teams Experience in Channel Sales and management of diverse distribution networks Expertise in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Previous experience in the Pharmaceuticals/ Chemicals Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemicals - Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
