Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Head to lead and drive our sales strategy across India. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the fashion industry, with proven expertise in handling sales in North and Western markets. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and market development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across multiple regions.
• Expand market presence in North and Western India, identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, Production, and supply chain teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Deep understanding of the fashion/apparel industry and its trends.
• Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving national sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of North and Western Indian markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field/ Graduation
• Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in fashion/apparel industry.
