Role Overview-:

strategic and execution-driven National Sales Head

You will be responsible for setting up the entire sales framework, acquiring key partnerships, enabling market penetration, and leading revenue generation once we go live. 

Key Responsibilities-:

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and implement the

    national GTM strategy

    for pre-launch and post-launch phases. 
  • Build annual sales plans, revenue models, and growth roadmaps. 
  • Identify new markets, channels, and partnership opportunities. 


Team & Process Building

  • Set up the

    sales organization structure

    (regional heads, field force, channel partners). 
  • Define sales processes, KPIs, incentive programs, and performance dashboards. 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team. 


Business Development

  • Build strategic alliances with hospitals, clinics, corporates, RWAs, and healthcare networks. 
  • Drive B2B and B2C acquisition, channel partnerships, and distribution networks. 
  • Lead high-value negotiations with decision-makers and stakeholders. 


Market & Product Enablement

  • Work closely with founders on market insights, pricing strategy, and product positioning. 
  • Provide feedback to marketing, operations, and product teams to refine offerings. 
  • Represent Jivo Care at industry events, conferences, and key forums. 


Execution & Results

  • Lead nationwide rollout and expansion activities. 
  • Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent month-on-month growth. 
  • Monitor competition, industry movements, and market demands. 


Requirements :-

  • 10–15 years of sales leadership experience in

    healthcare, diagnostics, primary care, wellness, or related sectors

  • Proven track record of

    scaling businesses, launching markets, or building sales teams

  • Strong network across healthcare ecosystems (hospitals, doctors, channel partners, institutions). 
  • Ability to thrive in a

    startup environment

    with minimal structure and high ownership. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with passion to build from zero.
