Account Executive

As an Account Executive in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing sector, your role will involve handling various accounting tasks with a focus on import/export documentation, sales and purchase entries, and GST compliance. Your 13 years of experience in accounting will be crucial for effectively managing day-to-day transactions and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Record and manage day-to-day sales and purchase transactions - Handle import/export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, Bill of Entry, etc. - Maintain accounting records and ledgers using Tally or similar software - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory documents - Communicate with logistics partners, customs, and vendors for import/export formalities - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances - Generate basic financial reports and assist in audits Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.Com/M.Com or MBA (Finance) - 13 years of relevant work experience - Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS - Experience in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and documentation tools - Familiarity with export-import procedures and documentation - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of international trade compliance and logistics In addition to the competitive salary range of 20,000 - 25,000 per month based on experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team within a growing industry.
