Sales cum Service Executive

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: Handle walk-in and telephonic sales inquiries related to warehouse stock. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for order fulfillment. Generate sales reports and maintain customer databases. Service Responsibilities: Address customer complaints and service requests promptly. Coordinate product exchanges, returns, and service calls. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse team for stock availability and dispatch. Assist in stock audits and maintain updated records of inventory. Ensure proper documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery notes) is managed and filed.
