We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales cum Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products/services while also providing after-sales support and technical assistance to customers. This dual-role position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Sales Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
Maintain a record of all sales and customer interactions in CRM.

Service Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Provide basic troubleshooting /technical support post-sale.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow up for feedback.
Educate customers on product usage, warranties, and service terms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,806.10 - ₹15,000.00 per month
