Roles and Responsibilities Understanding customers requirement & acquiring new customers through search engines,references etc. to increase sales volume.Arranging meetings with potential customers with an objective of generating new business.Providing trials as per the requirement & ensuring customer satisfaction for their retention.Reactivating the ex-customers.Negotiating on price & costs, making accurate & rapid cost calculations.Liaise with companys existing customers.Daily reporting in terms of customer visits, collections & payment follow ups.Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduate (preferable B.Sc.). 2-4 years of experience in selling additives, adhesives, master batches, machinery, chemicals or any other industrial product. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel 10-20 days in month Ability to connect and interact effectively with senior officials and company executives.
