Regional Sales Manager

1. Responsible for exploring the new customers and business development with the team.

2. Increase sales of the Branch for the given segments and applications.

3. To motivate and guide the team and provide training as and where required to the team.

4. To get samples tested for new clients as per the requirement with the team.

5. Taking weekly and monthly review meetings with the team in view of ensuring profitability and reach in Industry.

6. Planning of the products requirement and communication it to the concerned team for dispatches,.

7. Sharing progressive reports to the management and fixing targets for the months.

8. Accountable for Liaoning and outstanding clearance of the assigned branch and other works.

9. This position requires travelling in northern States of India and sometime Eastern as per the requirement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
