We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to scale our regional sales operations. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen dealer networks, mentor sales teams, and ensure consistent achievement of regional revenue goals.

Industry Requirement (Mandatory):
Candidates must be from the Solar, Battery, or Inverter industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks
  • Identify new business opportunities and handle key account relationships
  • Track regional market trends, competitor activities, and overall performance
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team and channel partners
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value commercial deals
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, timely collection, and structured reporting
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills
✔ Mandatory experience in Solar, Battery, or Inverter industry✔ 5–10 years of proven experience in regional sales management✔ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills✔ Excellent understanding of solar components, energy storage, and power electronics✔ Established relationships with distributors, EPC companies, and system integrators✔ Target-driven with a strategic and analytical mindset✔ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
