Data Management & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Compile and analyze sales, purchase, production, and inventory data.
Generate performance dashboards and variance reports (actual vs target).
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
System & Process Management
Maintain and update ERP, CRM, and internal data systems.
Automate repetitive reports and streamline data collection processes.
Develop templates, trackers, and pivot-based reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with finance, operations, and sales teams for data inputs.
Provide insights and highlights to management for decision-making.
Present analytical summaries and trend reports to senior management.
Analysis & Improvement
Track KPIs and business metrics such as sales performance, cost trends, and productivity.
Identify process gaps and suggest data-driven improvements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

Key Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros)
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio (preferred)
Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Science / Statistics / Engineering
1–5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting
Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Trading sector preferred

Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness
