Job Title: Meta & Google Ads Specialist

Location: Andhari (West)

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2-4 years (minimum)

Job Summary:

Meta & Google Ads Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):

  • Strategize, create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness.
  • In-depth handling of

    Business Manager setup, Page access, Ad Account permissions, Pixel integration, domain verification

    , and

    aggregated event measurement

    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

    Meta payments, failed transactions, invoicing, account holds

    , and

    currency/billing settings

    .
  • Collaborate with Meta Support to resolve

    ad disapprovals, restricted accounts, and business verification issues

    .
  • Understand and apply best practices for

    audience targeting, A/B testing, and custom/lookalike audiences

    .

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping):

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Google Shopping.
  • Keyword research, competitor analysis, and creation of ad copies and creatives in collaboration with the design team.
  • Set up and optimize

    conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)

    and ensure correct event data is being collected.
  • Regularly monitor campaigns and generate performance reports with key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation across platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes and features in Meta and Google advertising ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with creative, web, and sales teams to align ads with brand strategy and funnel stages.


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong expertise in Meta access management (BM, Ad Accounts, Page roles, Domain & Pixel setup).

  • Expert-level understanding of Meta payments, invoicing models, manual/auto payment issues, GST settings, and account finance tab.

  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Meta Events Manager and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with Meta Support for troubleshooting.


Good to Have:

  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or CRM integrations.
  • Familiarity with third-party tracking tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
